“Naked Dandelions- On The Practice of Non-Remembering” is an 8-piece poetry set exploring what happens to our memories after a loss.
It has been proven now that a memory changes each time you recall it. Our memories are unreliable, flimsy things. It is true then, that the best way to keep a memory preserved and unedited is to never think of it. But how do we make peace with this truth when the memories are the only connection we have to cherished times and relationships of the past? It is a vicious cycle. A heartbreaking game of telephone between head and heart. And, as of late, my personal struggle and artistic obsession.
“Naked Dandelions” was on display in the Mar Vista Art Department gallery in September 2018.

Meloncholy is my first book of poetry!
Meloncholy is a collection of bite-sized poems divided into three parts, exploring themes of heartbreak, nostalgia, and self love. Each playful poem is a reminder that there’s beauty in all of life’s broken bits, even the ones you can’t put back together.

72U is a creative residency program at 72andSunny. Clare Jensen and I were tasked with the job of creating an informational poster designed to drive applications and inform the public about the program. The final execution was achieved entirely in-camera.
